NJ Pest Directory ("we") operates njpestdirectory.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, phone number, town/ZIP, and the details you submit. We use this to respond and to pass your request to one licensed company serving your area, which is the purpose of the form.
• Listing claims: if you claim or correct a listing, we collect your name, email, phone (if you give one), the company details and registration number you submit, and how you found this directory if you choose to tell us. We use this to check the claim against the public registry, update the listing and see which channels bring people here — we don't publish your personal contact details.
• Analytics: anonymous page-view analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). No advertising cookies.
• Directory data: company listings come from public government registries, not from tracking anyone.

How we share it

Each quote request may be shared with one licensed, independently owned company that serves your area so it can contact you about the request. We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention & requests

We keep quote requests as long as needed to operate the service. To request deletion of your information, contact us and we will honor it promptly.
